摘要
目的:探讨POCT血糖仪实施血糖信息化管理的效果。方法:纳入2016年9月~2017年10月本院接收的糖尿病患者36例,采用计算机表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组18例。观察组予以血糖信息化以及POCT血糖仪测定血糖处理。对照组行简单式血糖仪测定血糖以及人工转抄的结果,比较观察组和对照组身份识别精准率,血糖漏测率和血糖记录精准度以及设备质控完成率。结果:观察组其身份识别精准率100.00%,血糖记录精准度100.00%以及设备质控完成率83.33%高于对照组77.78%、72.22%、50.00%,组间对比存在差异性(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖转抄失误率5.56%低于对照组55.56%,高血糖发生率22.22%低于对照组55.56%,血糖漏测率5.56%低于对照组33.33%,两组对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:POCT血糖仪以及血糖信息化管理对本院血糖管理的意义重大,可提升糖尿病患者的血糖控制情况,进而提高治疗效果以及有效性。
Objective:To explore the effect of POCT blood glucose meter implementing blood glucose information management.Methods:We included 36 diabetic patients received by our hospital from September 2016 to October 2017,and were divided into a research group and a control group by computer table method,18 cases in each group.The research team gave blood glucose information and POCT blood glucose meter to measure blood glucose.In the control group,a simple blood glucose meter was used to measure the blood glucose and the results of manual transfer.The identification accuracy rate of the study group and the control group,the rate of missed blood glucose and the accuracy of blood glucose recording,and the completion rate of equipment quality control were compared.Results:The accuracy rate of identification in the research group was 100.00%,the accuracy of blood glucose record was 100.00%,and the completion rate of equipment quality control was 83.33%,which was higher than that of the control group 77.78%,72.22%,and 50.00%.There were differences between the groups(P<0.05);The study group’s glucose turnover error rate was 5.56%lower than the control group 55.56%,the hyperglycemia incidence rate was 22.22%lower than the control group 55.56%,and the blood glucose miss rate was 5.56%lower than the control group 33.33%,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The POCT blood glucose meter and blood glucose information management are of great significance to the management of blood glucose in our hospital,in order to improve the blood glucose control of diabetic patients,and improve the treatment effect and effectiveness.
