摘要
简述了几种荧光检测技术的原理,并总结了这些技术在检测水中微生物总量、离子浓度的测定、生物细胞分析、消毒剂消毒效果的分析等方面的应用及应用过程中的优缺点,认为荧光检测技术在水质分析中将实现更多功能,提供更准确的分析结果。
This paper briefly describes several principle of fluorescence detection technology and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the application of these technology in the number of microorganisms in water,ion concentration,biological cells analysis and the disinfection effect.It is considered that fluorescence detection technology will realize more functions in water quality analysis and provide more accurate analysis results.
