摘要
目的:研究CAD/CAM陶瓷树脂复合体材料与玻璃陶瓷材料在超薄嵌体应用中的疲劳性能差异。方法:将40颗离体前磨牙预备成深1mm的超薄嵌体洞型,使用CAD/CAM系统将Vita Enamic(VE),Lava Ultimate(LU),IPSe.max CAD(IC)和IPS Empress CAD(IE)加工成相应厚度嵌体并粘接。进行185000次循环疲劳试验,记录加载力度,循环次数和破坏模式,使用Kaplan-Meier生存分析比较4组试件的疲劳性能。结果:185000次循环疲劳后LU、VE、IC、IE的存活率分别为80%、50%,30%,0%,平均断裂载荷为1360、1280、1200和820N(P<0.05)。结论:VE、LU的疲劳性能与IC相当,均优于IE。
Objective: To study the fatigue property of CAD/CAM ceramic resin composites used in ultrathin overlays. Methods: An ultra-thin overlay cavity with a depth of 1 mm was prepared in each of 40 premolars, the overlays were fabricated with Vita Enamic(VE), Lava Ultimate(LU), IPS e.max CAD(IC) and IPS Empress CAD(IE) respectively(n=10) by CAD/CAM system and bonded into the overlay cavities on the teeth.Then the specimens were subjected to cyclic fatigue test. When fracture occurred or the cycle ended, the loading force, cycle times and failure mode were observed, then Kaplan-meier survival analysis was used to compare the fatigue performance of the 4 groups. Results: The survival rates of LU, VE, IC and IE were 80%, 50%, 30% and 0%(P<0.05), the average fracture strength was 1 360, 1 280, 1 200 and 820 N(P<0.05), respectively. Conclusion: VE, LU and IC have similarly stronger fatigue resistivity than IE.
