摘要
目的探讨中药熏蒸联合黄帝内针对痹症患者临床疗效的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2019年10月在我院治疗的痹症患者60例,按照随机数字表法等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采取常规药物治疗和护理,观察组在对照组基础上加用中药熏蒸并实施黄帝内针治疗。30 d后,比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗后内风湿因子(RF)、血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标变化。结果观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者RF、ESR及CRP比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组RF,ESR及CRP数值均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合黄帝内针治疗痹症效果好,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)fumigation combined with Huangdi internal acupuncture on the clinical efficacy of patients with arthralgia.Methods To select 60 cases of patients with arthralgia treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019,and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs and nursing,and the observation group was added TCM fumigation and implemented Huangdi internal acupuncture treatment based on the control group.After 30 days,the clinical efficacy and the changes of rheumatoid factor(RF),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP)and other indicators after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in RF,ESR and CRP between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the RF,ESR and CRP in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TCM fumigation combined with Huangdi internal acupuncture was effective in treating arthralgia,which was worthy of clinical promotion.
