摘要
目的探讨外来医疗器械清洗效果质量敏感指标的构建与应用效果。方法以2017年1月至2018年12月我院接收并清洗125530件外来医疗器械为观察对象,其中2017年1—12月采用常规清洗及管理流程,设为对照组;2018年1—12月采用构建外来医疗器械清洗效果质量敏感指标,设为观察组。比较两组外来医疗器械清洗不合格率以及使用后清洗率;比较两组管腔类、植入物类等器械的清洗不合格率。结果观察组外来医疗器械清洗不合格率显著低于对照组,使用后清洗率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组管腔类、植入物类、动力工具、其他类清洗不合格率均显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过构建清洗效果质量敏感指标能够有效提高外来医疗器械清洗合格率以及使用后清洗率,使清洗、灭菌、包装等外来医疗器械处置全流程均得到优化,提高了器械清洗质量,保障了医疗安全。
Objective To explore construction and application effect of sensitive indexes for cleaning effect and quality of foreign medical devices.Methods To set 125,530 foreign medical devices received and cleaned in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 as the observational objects,of which adopted the routine cleaning and management procedures from January to December 2017 was set as a control group,and of which adopted construction and application of sensitive indexes for cleaning effect and quality of foreign medical devices from January to December 2018 was set as an observation group.The unqualified cleaning rate of foreign medical devices and the cleaning rate after use in the two groups were compared,as well as the unqualified cleaning rate of devices with type of lumens and implants in the two groups were compared.Results The unqualified cleaning rate of foreign medical devices in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the cleaning rate after use was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The unqualified rates of lumens,implants,power tools,and other types of cleaning in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion By constructing a quality sensitive index of cleaning effect,it can effectively improve the cleaning qualification rate of foreign medical devices and the cleaning rate after use,so that the entire process of cleaning,sterilization,packaging and other foreign medical devices disposal were optimized,improving the cleaning quality of devices and ensuring medical safety.
