摘要
目的探讨自制吞咽功能训练操对脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者康复效果的影响。方法选择2016年10月至2019年10月我院收治的80例脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规吞咽功能康复护理,观察组实施自制吞咽功能训练操训练,比较两组患者洼田饮水试验、Rosenbek误吸程度、吞咽功能评估量表(GUSS)以及吞咽功能训练依从性。结果干预后观察组洼田饮水试验、Rosenbek误吸程度均优于对照组(P<0.05),GUSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组吞咽功能训练依从性中主动学习、训练参与、效果监测评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制吞咽功能训练操具有节奏性与趣味性,能提高脑梗死后吞咽障碍患者训练依从性,进而降低误吸程度,提升吞咽功能训练效果。
Objective To explore the effect of self-made swallowing functional exercises on rehabilitation of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction.Methods To select 80 cases of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2019 as the study objects,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The control group received routine swallowing functional rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group implemented self-made swallowing functional training exercises to compare the water swallow test,Rosenbek aspiration degree,gugging swallowing screen(GUSS)and swallowing function training compliance of patients in two groups.Results After intervention,the water swallow test and Rosenbek aspiration degree in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the GUSS score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of active learning,training participation and effect monitoring in the swallowing function training compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-made swallowing exercises were rhythmic and interesting,which can improve the training compliance of patients with dysphagia after cerebral infarction,thereby reducing the degree of aspiration and improving the effect of swallowing training.
