摘要
箱梁预制是铁路建设过程中的重要一环,其质量直接影响铁路建设质量。但目前,我国在箱梁预制过程中,箱梁有一些缺陷。这些缺陷影响了预制箱梁的外观质量,甚至影响预制箱梁的使用寿命、运行速度。由此,本文以石济铁路客运专线四标段武邑制梁场为例,探讨箱梁预制过程中相关问题产生的原因,并提出修补处理意见和预防措施。
Box girder prefabrication is an important part of railway construction process,its quality directly affects the quality of railway construction.But at present,in the process of box girder prefabrication,there are some defects.These defects affect the appearance quality of prefabricated box girder,even the service life and running speed of prefabricated box girder.Therefore,taking Wuyi Beam Yard of the fourth bid section of Shiji passenger dedicated railway as an example,this paper discussed the causes of related problems in the process of box girder prefabrication,and put forward suggestions for repair and preventive measures.
