摘要 本文针对现有玉米施肥机械在小农、散户种植模式下精准施肥困难、过量施肥、滥施肥等问题,根据玉米株距及施肥量、施肥部位等农艺要求,设计了自走式小型玉米穴施肥机。该施肥机采用转速可控的槽轮机构控制施肥量,通过鸭嘴出料口进行土下施肥,实现了肥量可控的精准施肥效果,对改善施肥效率、提高玉米产量具有重要意义。 In this paper,according to the problems of precision fertilization,excessive fertilization and excessive fertilization in the existing corn fertilization machinery under the small-scale farming and retail farming mode,according to the agronomic requirements of corn plant spacing,fertilization amount and fertilization position,a self-propelled small-scale corn hole fertilization machine was designed.The fertilizer amount is controlled by the groove wheel mechanism with controllable rotation speed,and the fertilizer is applied under the soil through the duckbill outlet.It is of great significance to improve fertilization efficiency and corn yield.
