摘要
本文主要对一例220 kV变压器气体继电器重瓦斯动作故障原因进行分析,首先,通过变压器油色谱分析、直流电阻、变比测试、绝缘电阻及介损试验等分析手段,排除主变本体自身故障,然后初步断定为变压器波纹储油柜故障,最后提出具体的故障处理对策。希望本文的分析和处理方法可为现场处理类似故障提供参考。
This paper mainly analyzed the cause of a 220 kV transformer gas relay heavy gas action fault.Firstly,through the analysis methods of transformer oil chromatogram analysis,DC resistance,transformation ratio test,insulation resistance and dielectric loss test,the main transformer body fault was eliminated,and then the fault was preliminarily determined as the transformer corrugated oil conservator fault.Finally,the specific fault treatment countermeasures were proposed.It is hoped that the analysis and treatment method in this paper can provide reference for similar fault treatment on site.
