摘要
由于输电设备的更新升级对输电杆塔提出了特定的结构承载力要求,我国现存的输电杆塔结构亟待合理的改造和加固。输电杆塔主材一般采用不加固原截面形式、夹具连接形式、十字板打孔连接形式、一字板打孔连接形式这4种连接形式。本文采用21组试验工况进行了主材角钢的轴心受压静力加载试验,得出了加固后主材角钢的荷载-位移曲线、极限承载力以及荷载-应变曲线;并通过与未加固构件承载力的对比,研究了连接形式、加固位置、加固点数量对加固效果的影响。
Due to the upgrading of transmission equipment,specific structural bearing capacity requirements are put forward for transmission towers. The existing transmission tower structures in China need to be reinforced reasonably. The static axial loading tests of leg member are carried out under 24 groups of test conditions for four different connection forms of leg member of transmission tower,which are non-reinforced original section,clamps connection,cross plate connection and one-glyph plate connection. The load-displacement curve,ultimate bearing capacity and load-strain curve of leg members after reinforcement are obtained. By comparing with the bearing capacity of unreinforced members,the effects of connection type,reinforcement location and number of reinforcement points on the reinforcement effect are studied.
