摘要
目的探讨血清抵抗素(Resistin)水平与2型糖尿病患者大血管病变的相关性。方法选择55例正常对照者、50例单纯2型糖尿病患者、52例2型糖尿病合并大血管病变患者,测量其基本情况,即血压、体重、身高、腰围、臀围,计算体重指数、腰臀比。测定血脂、空腹血糖、空腹血胰岛素,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),测定血清Resistin水平并对血清Resistin水平与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关性进行分析。结果①2型糖尿病组与2型糖尿病合并大血管病变组Resistin、HOMA-IR均高于正常对照组(P<0.05);②2型糖尿病合并大血管病变组Resistin、HOMA-IR高于2型糖尿病组(P<0.05)。结论血清Resistin水平与2型糖尿病大血管病变的发生有关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum resistin levels and macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods Fifty-five normal controls,50 patients with type 2 diabetes alone and 52 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with macroangiopathy were selected.Their basic information,namely blood pressure,weight,height,waist circumference and hip circumference were measured,and their body mass index and waist-hip ratio were calculated.Their blood lipids,fasting blood glucose,fasting blood insulin were also measured.After the insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)was calculated and the serum resistin level was measured,the correlation between the serum resistin level and macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes was analyzed.Results①The resistin and HOMA-IR in the type 2 diabetes group and the type 2 diabetes combined with macroangiopathy group were higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.05).②Resistin and HOMA-IR in the type 2 diabetes combined with macroangiopathy group were significantly higher than those in the type 2 diabetes group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum resistin levels are associated with the development of macroangiopathy in patients with type 2 diabetes.
