摘要
目的调查接触噪声对女工生殖健康的影响,诣在采取有效的防护对策。方法采用整群抽样法抽取某制药厂噪声接触的女工298人,采用一般资料调查表、生殖系统健康调查表测定环境噪声强度,分析噪声与生殖健康的相关性。结果共发放调查问卷298份,获有效问卷288份,有效回收率为96.64%。288名女性中,月经异常81人(28.13%),累计不良生育史者48人(16.67%)。随着噪声强度的升高,女性月经异常率、不良妊娠率明显升高(P<0.05)。Logistic回归模型分析显示,噪声是影响女性月经异常及不良生育状况的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论噪声接触对女性生殖健康有一定影响,主要表现为月经紊乱和不良生育风险升高,严格控制环境噪声接触,强化健康教育和加强噪声防护非常必要。
Objective To investigate the effect of exposure to noise on the reproductive health of femal worker's.Methods A total of 298 femal workers exposed to noise in a pharmaceutical factory were selected by cluster sampling method.The intensity of environmental noise was measured by general data questionnaire and reproductive system health questionnaire,and the correlation between noise and reproductive health was analyzed.Results A total of 298 questionnaires were issued»of which 288 were valid*with an effective recovery rate of 96.64%.Among the 288 females*81(28.13%)had abnormal menstruation,and 48(16.67%)had a bad reproductive history.With the increase of noise intensity,abnormal menstrual rate and adverse pregnancy rate increased significantly(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that noise exposure was an independent risk factor for abnormal menstruation and poor fertility(P<0.05).Conclusions Noise exposure has a certain impact on women’s reproductive health,mainly manifested as menstrual disorders and increased risk of adverse childbirth.It is necessary to strictly control environmental noise exposure,strengthen health education and strengthen noise protection.
