SBA-15介孔分子筛/水性聚氨酯复合材料耐热性研究

摘要 采用共混改性的方法将水性聚氨酯(WPU)和不同质量分数的SBA-15介孔分子筛进行混合得到复合材料。同时,使用TEM、SEM、FT-IR和TG等方法对复合材料进行分析表征。研究表明,得到的复合材料WPU/SBA-15的耐热性能比单一的水性聚氨酯的性能要高,且SEM分析显示SBA-15介孔分子筛能够均匀分散在水性聚氨酯中。然而在TEM分析显示SBA-15介孔分子筛在水性聚氨酯中有少许团聚现象。 Waterborne polyurethane(WPU)and SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieves with different mass fraction were blended to obtain composite materials.At the same time,the composites were characterized by TEM,SEM,FT-IR and TG.The results showed that the heat resistance of WPU/SBA-15 composite was higher than that of single waterborne polyurethane,and the SEM analysis showed that SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve could be evenly dispersed in waterborne polyurethane.However,TEM analysis showed that SBA-15 mesoporous molecular sieve had a little agglomeration in waterborne polyurethane.
