摘要
沈阳城区存留了较多承载着城市记忆的近代历史建筑。在旧城更新与改造中既拆毁了众多历史建筑,同时又不断发掘出被遗忘但有价值的历史建筑。该文结合沈阳近代历史建筑——奉天妇婴医院的保护再生设计,从共生角度探讨如何充分挖掘历史建筑承载的人文与历史价值,兼顾城市更新改造中历史地段潜在的社会价值和现实需求,探索其在当代城市建设中合理的再生途径。
There are many modern historical buildings in Shenyang city.In the renewal and reconstruction of the old city,many historical buildings have been demolished,while forgotten but valuable historical buildings have been excavated.Based on the conservation and regeneration design of Mukden Maternity and Infant Hospital,a modern historical building in Shenyang,we discuss how to fully explore the humanistic and historical value of historical buildings from the perspective of symbiosis,and also give consideration to the potential social value and practical needs of historical areas in urban renewal and reconstruction,so as to explore a reasonable regeneration approach in contemporary urban construction.
