摘要
目的:研究护理干预对初产妇剖宫产的应用效果。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年1月山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的接受剖宫产分娩的初产妇84例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组初产妇采取常规护理,观察组初产妇在对照组基础上加用护理干预。结果:观察组初产妇的产后出血发生率为2.4%,低于对照组的21.4%,且观察组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对剖宫产初产妇应用护理干预可有效预防产后出血的发生,具有显著效果,值得推广。
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on primipara in cesarean section.Methods:Eighty-four primiparas who underwent cesarean delivery in from February 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group.42 cases each.Routine care was taken for the primiparas in the control group,and the nursing women in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Results:The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the primipara of the observation group was 2.4%,which was lower than that of the control group(21.4%),and the sleep quality score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing intervention to primiparas of cesarean section can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage,with remarkable effect,high safety and worth promoting.
