摘要
目的:观察评估持续质量改进提高风湿免疫科护理安全的效果。方法:选取2018年3月前(持续质量改进前)山东省山东大学齐鲁医院风湿免疫科收治的住院病例100例(对照组)和2018年3月及以后(持续质量改进后)收治的风湿免疫科治疗患者100例(观察组)作为研究对象。比较持续质量改进前后安全事件发生率、患者满意度以及患者睡眠质量的改善效果。结果:观察组的护理安全事件发生率比对照组低,护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在风湿免疫科护理安全管理中实行持续质量改进可降低安全管理不良事件发生率,提高护理人员的安全管理意识,提高护理的满意度和睡眠质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:From the point of view of nursing safety in department of rheumatology and immunology,this paper analyzed the effect of continuous quality improvement and the incidence of adverse events.Methods:Before March 2018 and after March 2018,200 patients were treated in rheumatism and immunology department of Qilu Hospital of Shandong University,and 30 patients were treated with continuous quality improvement system atmosphere,mainly involving observation and control group,and the incidence of nursing safety incidents and satisfaction of nursing staff in the two groups were compared.Results:Through comparative analysis,the incidence of nursing safety incident management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the nursing staff was also significantly higher than the control group in safety knowledge assessment and nursing satisfaction,presenting a significant difference(P<0.05),which proved that this study was statistically significant.Conclusion:In the rheumatology department of nursing safety management,the implementation of quality improvement method will be to a large extent to reduce the safety management of adverse events,improve the satisfaction of nursing,in clinical practice is worth using.
