摘要
结合汽车内饰纺织品的设计开发需要,从感知质量提升类和功能价值附加类两个方面,详细介绍了数码喷墨印花技术、激光表面处理技术、3D压纹技术以及抗菌、阻燃、硬挺、芳香、负离子等功能整理技术的工作原理和应用进展情况。最后指出,未来汽车内饰纺织品的整理技术会向绿色、环保和高性能、智能化方向发展。
According to the needs of the design and development of automotive interior textile,the working principle and application progress of digital ink-jet printing technology is introduced in detail from the aspects of perceived quality improvement and functional added value,such as laser surface treatment technology,3D embossing technology and functional finishing technology,antibacterial,flame retardant,rigid,aromatic and negative.Finally,it points out that in the future,the finishing technology of automotive interior textile will develop in the direction of green,environmental protection,high performance and intelligence.
