摘要
在电力市场改革逐步深入的背景下,负荷聚合商成为中小型用户进入电力市场的中介。考虑到负荷聚合商向主网购售电差价和不同用户类型用电特性相异,构建负荷聚合商合作联盟运营框架。在此基础上,针对电热耦合程度逐渐加深,建立以负荷聚合商为主体的电热负荷同时参与调度的综合需求响应模型。最后,以负荷聚合商合作联盟日运行成本最低建立优化运营模型,根据Shapley值法进行成本分配。算例分析表明,所提方法可有效降低各负荷聚合商运营成本。
In the context of the gradual deepening of the power market reform,load aggregators have become the intermediary for small and medium-sized users to enter the power market.Considering that purchase electricity price and sale electricity price from the main grid are different and the electricity consumption characteristics of different user types are different,the operation framework of the load aggregator cooperation alliance is constructed.On this basis,in view of the gradual deepening of the electrothermal coupling,a comprehensive demand response model based on the load aggregator and the electric heating load participating in the scheduling is established.Finally,the optimal operation model is established with the lowest daily running cost of the load aggregator cooperative alliance.The cost allocation is performed according to the Shapley value method.The example shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce the operation costs of each load aggregator.
