摘要
通过电通量试验方法,测定了再生混凝土(RAC)试件抗氯离子渗透性能,研究了聚乙烯醇(PVA)的掺入对RAC抗氯离子渗透性能的影响,同时对比分析了PVA聚合度分别为1 788、2 488、2 688时对RAC的改善幅度。结果表明,在本试验材料配合比下,RAC抗氯离子渗透性较普通混凝土(NAC)降低了26.1%,掺入PVA可较明显提高抗氯离子渗透性。不同聚合度PVA改善效果不同,聚合度为1 788、2 488、2 688的PVA对RAC抗氯离子渗透性能分别提升33.1%、42.5%、45.2%。综合考虑抗氯离子渗透性、溶解性及粘结性等因素,本试验认为RAC中掺入PVA最合适聚合度为2 488。
Employing the electric flux test method,the chloride ion impermeability of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)specimens was measured,and the effect of mixing polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)on chloride ion impermeability of RAC was experimented.Meanwhile,the improvement of chloride ion impermeability of RAC with different degrees of polymerization PVA 1788,2488 and 2688 were compared and analyzed.The results reveal that the chloride ion impermeability of RAC is reduced by 26.1%compared to natural aggregate concrete(NAC),and the PVA has a positive effect on the resistance to chloride permeability.Different degrees of polymerization of PVA have different improvement,and the chloride ion impermeability of RAC are enhanced by 33.1%,42.5%and 45.2%,respectively corresponding to 1788PVA,2488PVA and 2688PVA.Considering the chloride ion impermeability,solubility,cohesiveness and other factors,2488PVA takes on a better performance.
