3D打印混凝土层间弱面的形成机制与改善方法 被引量:14

摘要 混凝土3D打印作为一种无模、快速、灵活的先进建造技术在土木建筑领域已获得成功应用。然而,逐层堆叠的固有属性使3D打印混凝土材料有规律性地产生层间弱面,造成了材料的非均质性,削弱了打印结构的力学承载性能和耐久性,制约了该技术的发展和应用。本文综述国内外相关研究进展,从宏观和微观分析打印结构层间弱面的形成机制,并总结层间力学结合的影响因素,提出相应的改善措施,可为优化3D打印材料和结构,进一步推动混凝土3D打印的工程应用提供科学的指导。 Concrete 3D printing has been successfully applied in the field of civil architecture as a modeless,fast and flexible advanced construction technology.However,the inherent features of stacking layer-upon-layer make the 3D printing concrete materials regularly form weak interlayer surfaces,which weaken the mechanical bearing capacity and durability of the printed structures,and restrict the development and application of this technology.This paper summarizes the research progress at home and abroad,analyses the formation mechanism of weak interlayer surfaces between layers of printing structure from macro and micro aspects,summarizes the influencing factors of mechanical combination between layers,and puts forward corresponding improvement solutions.It provides a scientific reference for optimizing 3D printing materials and structures and guidance for further promoting the engineering application of 3D concrete printing.
