摘要
目的对人文关怀护理用于门诊换药的效果进行分析。方法选取2018年8月—2019年8月间在医院门诊换药的126例患者作为本次研究的对象,按照随机数表将患者均分为对照组与观察组,各63例,对照组在换药时常规护理,观察组在换药时增加人文关怀护理。观察对比两组患者的护理质量评分、患者满意度、患者治疗依从性。结果观察组的护理质量评分在换药环境、换药手法、换药态度中均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理总满意率、治疗依从性明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对门诊换药患者,常规护理基础上增加人文关怀护理,可显著提升护理质量,提高患者的护理满意度和治疗依从性,有利于提升医院形象,最终使广大患者享受到优质医疗服务带来的便利。
Objective To analyze the effect of humanistic care on outpatient dressing change.Methods 126 patients who changed dressings in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while changing dressings,while the observation group received humanistic nursing when changing dressings.The nursing quality score,patient satisfaction and patient treatment compliance of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)in dressing changing environment,dressing changing techniques and dressing changing attitude,with statistical significance.The nursing satisfaction and treatment compliance of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion For outpatient dressing change patients,humanistic care based on routine nursing can significantly improve the quality of care,improve patient satisfaction and treatment compliance,help to enhance the image of the hospital,and ultimately make the majority of patients enjoy the convenience of high-quality medical services,which is worth promoting.
