摘要
目的观察分析优质护理服务应用于门诊护理工作的实际效果。方法研究对象选择在2019年10月—2020年3月来医院门诊就诊的228例患者,按照随机平均法分为优质护理组和常规护理组,每组各114例。优质护理组给予优质护理服务,常规护理组给予常规护理服务。对比两组患者挂号、检查、缴费的等待时间,护理满意度以及护患纠纷发生率。结果优质护理组患者门诊等待时间明显低于常规护理组患者(P<0.05);优质护理组患者护理满意度评分较常规护理组更高(P<0.05);优质护理组护患纠纷、护理差错发生率更低(P<0.05),差异均具有统计学意义。结论将优质护理服务应用于门诊护理工作中,能够获得良好的应用效果,缩短了患者门诊等待时间,提高了患者护理满意度,降低了护患纠纷时间的发生。
Objective To observe and analyze the practical effect of highquality nursing service applied in outpatient nursing work.Methods A total of 228 patients who came to our hospital from October 2019 to March 2020 were selected as study subjects.According to the random average method,they were divided into the quality care group and the routine care group,114 patients each.The quality care group provided quality care service,while the routine care group provided routine care service.The waiting time of registration,examination and payment,nursing satisfaction and the incidence of nurse-patient disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The out-patient waiting time in the high-quality nursing group was significantly lower than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of patients in the quality nursing group was higher than that in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient disputes and nursing errors was lower in the high-quality nursing group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in outpatient nursing can achieve good results,shorten the waiting time of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients'nursing,and reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes.
