摘要
目的讨论临床带教中应用分层次、分阶段带教模式的应用效果。方法选取2018年2月—2019年3月间医院收纳的84例实习生作为观察样本。按随机数字表法将其中42例纳进对照组(按常规教学模式进行开展),剩余42例纳进实验组(按分层次、分阶段带教模式进行开展),比较2组带教成果。结果实验组实习生总满意度是97.62%,明显高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);实验组实习生实际操作成绩、理论操作成绩、综合成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用分层次、分阶段带教模式实施带教计划能更好的让实习生接受,有效提高操作熟念度,并通过提升自身水平来提高医疗程度。
Objective To discuss the application value of stratified and phased teaching modes in clinical practice.Methods 84 intern students(February 2018 to March 2019)in our hospital were chosen and assigned to control group(n=42)and experimental group(n=42).Students received the conventional teaching mode or stratified and phased teaching mode,respectively.The teaching effect was assessed.Results The overall satisfaction in the experimental group(97.62%)was significantly higher than control group(76.19%)(P<0.05);the examination scores of actual operation,theory knowledge and comprehensive scores in the experimental group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The stratified and phased teaching modes can improve student’s acceptance and operation skills.
