摘要
采用水萃取法对日常防护型口罩中的甲醛含量进行检测,并按照相关规范对不确定度进行评定。不确定度的分量来源主要有样品称量、甲醛溶液标准物质、甲醛标准溶液的配制、标准曲线的拟合及样品的重复性测量。合成标准不确定度为3.83 mg/kg。本次测试结果表示为(21±8)mg/kg,k=2。不确定度主要来自于标准曲线的拟合,其次是样品的重复性测量及甲醛溶液标准物质。
The formaldehyde content in the daily protective mask was detected by water extraction method,and the uncertainty was evaluated according to the relevant specifications.The component sources of uncertainty are sample weighing,formaldehyde solution standard substance,sample dilution,fitting of standard curve and repetitive measurement of samples.The combined standard uncertainty is 3.83 mg/kg.The test results are expressed as (21±9) mg/kg,k=2.The uncertainty mainly comes from the fitting of the standard curve,followed by the formaldehyde solution standard substance and the repetitive measurement of samples.
