摘要
在锦纶6纤维生产过程中,第一道工序就是加料,进料料斗主要通过机械模块实现自动进料加料的目的,但是在该机械模块加料的过程中,会对物料造成挤压从而导致物料的变性,若同时加入多种物料,会出现物料混合不均匀的问题,严重影响了纺丝的质量。重点讨论如何对料斗中的料进行控制,在进料的过程中保证进料的均匀,且能同时添加多种物料,保证混合的均匀性,防止多余的物料泄漏。
In the process of Nylon 6 fiber production,the first process is feeding,we need to monitor the feeding hopper realizes the purpose of automatic feeding mainly through the mechanical module.However,during the feeding process of the mechanical module,the material will be squeezed and the material will change its property,if a variety of materials are added at the same time,the problem of uneven mixing of materials seriously affects the quality of spinning.This paper describes how to control the material in the hopper.In the process of feeding,it will ensure the uniformity of the material,and can add a variety of materials at the same time,ensure the uniformity of mixing,and prevent the leakage of excess materials.
