摘要
通过分析高速铁路WJ-8型扣件轨距挡板的结构,结合注塑成型模具使用过程中出现的问题,设计模具的成型系统、浇注系统和推出机构,并优化冷却系统及排气系统。实践证明,采用此设计,能够有效提高轨距挡板的生产质量和效率、降低制造成本、降低模具维修的频次和难度。
On the basis of analyzing the structure of high-speed railway WJ-8 fastener gauge baffle,combined with the issues in the use of injection molding mold,an improved mold of forming system,pouring system and extrusion structure is designed,the cooling system and exhaust system are optimized as well.It has been proved that this struc⁃ture can improve the production quality and efficiency,reduce manufacturing costs,as well as reduce the frequency and difficulty of mold maintenance.
