摘要
在客车厂修时,车辆联网功能正常,对保障客车轴温报警器、电子防滑器、制动监测装置、电源的运行安全监测质量至关重要。针对既有联网功能试验存在的不足,研制联网功能试验台,改进联网试验方法。详细介绍联网功能试验台组成、各部分功能,以及试验方法。指出试验台具有功能齐全、兼容性强、操作简单、可移动等特点,能够满足DC 600 V供电25G型客车、AC 380 V供电25G型客车、DC 48 V供电客车联网功能试验要求。
In terms of workshop repairing passenger car,it ensures the normal function of car networking is of great importance to ensure the safety and quality monitoring of the operation of car shaft temperature alarm,electronic antislip device,brake monitoring device,power supply and other devices.Because of the deficiency of the existing test of networking function,the test bench of networking function is developed and the testing method is improved.This pa⁃per introduces in detail the composition of the networking function test bench the functions of each part and the appli⁃cation of the test bench.It is pointed out that the test bench has the features of complete functions,strong compatibili⁃ty,simple operation and mobility,and etc.It meets the test requirements of the networking function of DC 600 V pow⁃ered 25G passenger car,AC 380 V powered 25G passenger car and DC 48 V powered passenger car.
