可开启篷布绳卡打开拉力直接关系到铁路运输安全及站场作业能力提升。TJ/KH 006—2010《可开启篷布绳卡技术条件》(已废止)中规定了绳卡打开拉力技术指标,但没有明确具体操作方法,给产品检测带来较大的不确定性。概述绳卡组成和工作原理。从试样预处理、试验装备和试验过程等方面详细阐述绳卡打开拉力试验方法。试验时以绳卡头V形断裂槽断裂时的力值作为绳卡打开拉力的确定依据,不再将卡绳在绳卡头处是否可以退出作为合格判定依据。
The breaking tension of the retractable tarpaulin clamp is an important indicator in the technical require⁃ments,which is directly related to the safety of railway transportation and the improvement of the operating capacity of the station.TJ/KH 006—2010 Technical conditions for retractable tarpaulin clamp(voided)specifies the technical indicators for the breaking tension of the tarpaulin clamp without any specific operation method,which brings great uncertainties in terms of products inspection.It briefly introduces the composition and working principle of the tarpau⁃lin clamp.The testing method,sample pretreatment,test equipment and process of the breaking tension of the tarpau⁃lin clamp are described in detail.During the test,the force value of the V-shaped fracture groove of the tarpaulin clamp was used as the basis to determine the opening tension,and whether the clamp could exit at the head of tarpau⁃lin clamp was no longer used as a qualified basis.
