硫化工艺对橡胶套靴物理性能和收缩率影响的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过试验研究硫化工艺对橡胶套靴物理性能和收缩率的影响。试验研究结果表明,适当提高硫化温度、延长硫化时间和增大硫化压力对橡胶套靴物理性能有利;硫化工艺对橡胶套靴硬度和静刚度无明显影响。提高硫化温度,橡胶套靴收缩率增大;延长硫化时间,收缩率减小;增大硫化压力,收缩率先减小最终趋于平稳。 The effects of process on the physical properties and shrinkage of rubber sleeve were discussed.The re⁃sults showed that the physical properties of the rubber coat boot were favorable with the rise of the curing temperature and the prolongation of curing time and the improvement of the curing pressure,while vulcanization process had no significant influence on the hardness and static stiffness.Shrinkage of rubber coat boot increased with the rise of cur⁃ing temperature;while the shrinkage decreased with the extension of curing time at the same time the shrinkage firstly increased and then tended to be stable with the increase of curing pressure.
