水下碰撞对耐压壳体极限承载能力的影响 被引量:1

摘要 极限承载能力是考察深海装备耐压壳体结构稳定性的重要标志。具有自航能力的深海装备在水下作业时,存在着水下碰撞的可能性。这种在高应力状态下的冲击作用会对耐压壳体的极限承载能力产生很大的影响。本文基于有限元软件建立2种常见耐压壳体水下碰撞的仿真模型,计算碰撞前后耐压壳体的失稳临界载荷,重点讨论了碰撞速度对结构塑性变形和剩余强度因子的影响,所得结果可以为水下碰撞失效模式判断和深海装备自航安全性保证提供借鉴。 The ultimate load-bearing capacity is an important symbol to investigate the structural stability of the pressure hull of deep-sea equipment.There is the possibility of underwater collision when the deep-sea equipment with self-propelled capability operates underwater.This impact action under high stress will have a great impact on the ultimate bearing capacity of the pressure-resistant shell.Based on the finite element software,a collision simulation model of two kinds of common pressure hull are established in this paper.The critical loads of the pressure hulls before and after collision are calculated.The effects of collision velocity on the plastic deformation and residual intensity factor of structures are discussed in detail.The results obtained can be used to judge the failure modes of underwater collision and to provide a reference for security of deep-sea equipment navigation.
