电站锅炉低压高温再热器异种钢吊挂管焊接工艺

Welding Technology of Dissimilar Steel Hanging Tube for Low-pressure and High-temperature Reheater of Boilers in Power Station

摘要 SA-213T91钢吊挂管与06Cr25Ni20钢板焊接时,由于高合金异种钢成分和组织差异较大,存在焊接性差的问题。结合某600 MW超临界锅炉低压高温再热器入口管屏部件的焊接过程,通过创新焊接工艺,确保了焊接质量,避免了吊挂管的爆管现象,保障低压高温再热器安全运行。 When a SA-213T91 steel hanging tube is welded with a 06Cr25Ni20 steel plate,the weldability is not good due to the difference of composition and structure of high alloy dissimilar steel.Combined with the welding process of the inlet tube panel of a low-pressure and high-temperature reheater of a certain 600 MW supercritical boiler,the welding technology is innovated to ensure the welding quality,which avoids the tube explosion of the hanging tubes and ensures the safe operation of the low-pressure and high-temperature reheater.
