摘要
目的 探讨持续性护理质量改进在提高急诊预检分诊护理质量中的应用价值.方法 选取2018年12月-2019年12月于我院急诊收治的86例患者作为研究对象,并将其随机分为两组,各43例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用持续性护理质量改进.比较两组患者的护理满意度、护理质量评分以及就诊总时间、急诊预检分诊准确率和误诊率.结果 研究组各项临床指标的满意度、护理质量评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的急诊预检分诊准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的就诊总时间、误诊率显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 持续护理质量改进的护理模式可更好地提高急诊预检分诊的工作精确度,缩短就诊总时间,提升急诊护理质量及护理满意度,巩固了护士专业急救知识与急救技术,为患者提供更加优质的护理服务,可在临床上推广运用.
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing quality improvement in improving the quality of emergency in pre-examination triage. Methods A total of 86 patients who were admitted to our emergency department from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing and the study group was treated with continuous nursing quality improvement.The nursing satisfaction,quality of care scores,total visit time,accuracy of pre-examination triage and misdiagnosis rate were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction of the clinical indicators and the nursing quality in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05).The accuracy of pre-examination and triage in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The total visit time and misdiagnosis rate in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The continuous nursing quality improvement mode can better improve the accuracy of emergency pre-examination triage,shorten the total visit time,and improve the quality and satisfaction of emergency nursing.In addition,it can consolidate the nurse’s professional emergency knowledge and emergency technique,and offer patients more high-quality nursing services,which can be promoted in clinical practice.
