流动注射-化学发光法测定饲料中环丙氨嗪 被引量:3

摘要 研究了环丙氨嗪对K3[Fe(CN)6]-鲁米诺发光体系的影响,建立了一种流动注射-化学发光法测定环丙氨嗪的新方法。结果表明:环丙氨嗪对该体系的发光强度具有显著的增敏作用,在最佳实验条件下,相对化学发光强度(ΔI)与环丙氨嗪的浓度在0.05~8.0 mg/L范围内呈线性关系。方法的检出限为3.1×10-2 mg/L,对1.50mg/L的环丙氨嗪连续测定11次,其相对标准偏差为2.9%。该方法用于饲料中环丙氨嗪的分析,回收率为99.8%。 A simple and rapid flow-injection chemiluminescence(FI-CL)method was developed for the determination of cyromazine(CYR)in fodder based on the fact that CYR can remarkably enhance the chemiluminescence of luminol-K 3[Fe(CN)6]in alkaline medium.The determination conditions were optimized.Under optimum conditions,the CL relative intensity had a good linear relationship with CYR concentration in the range of 0.05-8.0 mg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9991.The detection limit(3σ)was 3.1×10-2 mg/L and the RSD waS2.9%(n=11)for 1.50 mg/L CYR.The proposed method has been successfully applied for the determination of CYR in fodder sample and the average recovery was 99.8%.
