碳/金纳米电极制备及其对丁基黄药的测定

摘要 采用热裂解法和电化学沉积法相结合,成功制备了碳/金纳米微电极,并研究了该电极对丁基黄药的检测。结果表明:碳/金纳米电极相较于普通的碳纳米电极,显著提高了电极的信噪比,同时对丁基黄药具有很强的电催化作用,其伏安扫描氧化峰电流受pH变化影响明显,在pH=7的条件下,其催化氧化电流与丁基黄药浓度在1.0×10-4~1.0×10-1 g/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.7×10-6 g/L,低于国家标准(GB 3838-2002)中的最低排放限量值,同时相较于其他传统检测方法,本方法同样具有较低的检测限。 A method of using the thermal cracking of butane to prepare carbon nanometre microelectrode,followed by an electrodeposition method to prepare gold plating carbon nanometre microelectrode was introduced in this paper.Then through the analysis and detection of butyl xanthate by using microelectrode,we found a linear relation between the current of the response peak and the concentration of butyl xanthate,with a detection limit of 2.7×10-6 g/L.The detection limit is lower than the minimum emission limit in the national standard GB3838-2002,and the method also has a lower detection limit than other conventional detection methods.The result show that this microelectrode has feasibility of detecting the concentration of butyl xanthate.
