摘要
本文对山西省11个地市的急诊抢救费用报销相关政策和部分定点医疗机构的业务现状进行调查梳理,分析了目前急诊、抢救费用报销业务存在的困难和问题,并对实现省内医保政策精细化、标准化以及加快推动医疗机构信息化建设进行阐释,建议从省级层面实现急诊、抢救费用报销政策和经办流程统一,为患者在院端报销医疗费用创造条件。
In this paper,11 cities in Shanxi Province emergency treatment expenses reimbursement related policies and the business status of some designated medical institutions were investigated.This paper analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the reimbursement of emergency and rescue expenses.It also explains how to realize the refi nement and standardization of medical insurance policies and accelerate the informatization construction of medical institutions.It is suggested to unify the reimbursement policy and handling process of emergency and rescue expenses from the provincial level,so as to create conditions for patients to reimbursement medical expenses in hospital.
