摘要
目的:回顾性分析椎间孔镜术后患者使用补肾活血方的临床效果,并与同期未使用该方的患者进行对比,初步分析两者术后残余症状的发生情况,以初步评估补肾活血方对于孔镜术后残余症状的防治作用。方法:选取80例腰椎间盘突出症并行椎间孔镜手术的患者作为研究对象,按患者是否使用补肾活血方作为暴露因素,将患者分为观察组与对照组。采用VAS评分反映术前术后疼痛变化情况;采用ODI积分评估患者生活功能变化情况;采用经过改良的中医证候积分量化表评估临床症状;采用疗效评定标准评定临床疗效。结果:临床观察表明,对照组38例,其中临床治愈7例、好转20例、显效9例、未愈2例,总有效率为94.7%;观察组42例,临床治愈20例、好转12例、显效9例、未愈1例,总有效率为97.6%。经秩和检验,P=0.037<0.05,两组差异有统计学意义,说明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:补肾活血方对于腰椎间盘突出症椎间孔镜术后残余,有一定防治效果,值得进一步研究。
Objective:Objective:Retrospective observation was made on the patients who received bushen huoxue prescription after intervertebral foramen microscopy,and a comparison was made between them and the patients who did not use the prescription during the same period to preliminarily analyze the occurrence of the postoperative residual symptoms of both,so as to preliminarily explore the prevention and treatment effect of bushenhuoxue prescription on the residual symptoms after intervertebral foramen microscopy.Methods:80 cases of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion of intervertebral foramen surgery patients were selected as the research object,according to whether the patients with kidney invigorate the party as exposed factors,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,with the changes reflect the preoperative postoperative pain VAS score,ODI score was used to assess patients life function,improved symptom integral quantization evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms and curative effect evaluation criteria to assess the clinical curative effect.Results:Clinical observation showed that there were 38 cases in the control group,among which 7 cases were cured clinically,20 cases were improved,9 cases were effective,and 2 cases were uncured.The total effective rate was 94.7%.Of the 42 patients in the observation group,20 were cured clinically,12 were improved,9 were effective,and 1 was not cured.The total effective rate was 97.6%.After rank sum test,P=0.037<0.05,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Bushenhuoxue prescription has curative effect on prevention and treatment of residual symptoms after intervertebral foramen surgery for lumbar disc herniation.
