摘要
食品安全问题与人民的身体健康有着十分密切的联系,食品安全问题直接关系到国家的政治稳定和经济发展。文章详细地分析了《SPS协议》框架下我国食品安全标准立法规制体制存在的问题及解决措施,希望能够为改善我国食品安全问题提供一些合理的建议。
Food safety problems are closely related to people's health.Food safety problems are directly related to the country's political stability and economic development.In this paper,the existing problems and solutions of legislation and regulation system of food safety standards in China under the framework of SPS Agreement are analyzed definitely,it is hoped that some reasonable suggestions can be offered to improve the food safety problems in China.
