摘要
烟草行业商业端利用二维码、条烟品牌码、一号工程码的数据融合完成数据采集,实现"三码合一",通过扫描二维码可实现质量追溯和防伪查询。为了数据采集的完整性与连续性,在分拣系统加装二维码的贴码装置和读码装置,并且要求"三码合一"合格率大于99%。为了提升"三码合一"合格率至目标值99%,运用统计分析方法发现,条烟姿态正确是实现二维码读码成功率高的关键因素。为改善条烟姿态,文章设计了一种调整条烟姿态的整形装置,并且能在分拣系统上实现运行。通过试验验证可知,增加该装置后,条烟整形合格率达到99.96%,"三码合一"合格率达到99.37%。
Tobacco commercial uses the data fusion of two-dimensional code,cigarette brand code and No.1 project code to complete the data collection and made the“three codes in one”come true.The quality traceability and anti-counterfeiting inquiry can be realized by scanning the two-dimensional code.For the integrity and continuity of data collection,devices of pasting and reading for QR code are installed in the sorting system,and the qualification rate of“three codes in one”is required to be more than 99%.In order to improve the qualification rate of“three codes in one”to 99%of the target value,the statistical analysis method is used to find that correct cigarette posture is the key factor to achieve a high recognition rate of two-dimensional code.In order to correct cigarette posture,this paper designs a shaping device to adjust the cigarette posture,and it can operate on the sorting system.Through the test verification,it can be seen that after using the device,the qualified rate of cigarette shaping reached 99.96%,and the qualified rate of“three codes in one”reached 99.37%.
