摘要
目的评估玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的效果。方法回顾性分析宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院2018年6月至2019年6月行玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗治疗的视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿86例(86眼)的临床资料,观察最佳矫正视力和黄斑中心区厚度,随访6个月比较治疗的效果。结果治疗后1周、1、3及6个月,患者的最佳矫正视力均较治疗前提高(t=4.987,6.589,12.986,23.875;均P=0.000);治疗后各随访时间点患者的黄斑中心区厚度均较治疗前降低(t=5.987,13.256,15.783,22.689;均P=0.000)。结论玻璃体内注射雷珠单抗可在短期内改善视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿,提高视力。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of intravitreal injection of lucentis for the treatment of secondary macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion.Methods The clinical data of 86 eyes of 86 patients with secondary macular edema of retinal vein occlusion treated with intravitreal injection of lucentis from Jun.2018 to Jun.2019 in Li Huili Hospital of Ningbo Medical Center were analyzed retrospectively.The best corrected visual acuity and retinal thickness of central macular were observed.The followed up time was 6 months.The efficacy was compared after treatment.Results At 1 week,1,3 and 6 months after treatment,BCVA were significantly improved compared with that before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(t=4.987,6.589,12.986,23.875;all P=0.000).At 1 week,1,3 and 6 months after treatment,the central macular thickness after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment(t=5.987,13.256,15.783,22.689;all P=0.000).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of lucentis for the treament of secondary macular edema due to retinal vein occlusion can reduce edema symptoms in short term,and improve visual acuity.
