摘要
[目的/意义]开展数据驱动医院管理决策的影响因素及作用机理研究,为改善医院管理决策中的数据应用现状,提升决策的科学性和高效性提出可供参考的建议,以期拓展情报学的问题域和应用空间。[方法/过程]运用扎根理论的方法,借助质性分析软件ATLAS.ti8,编码分析面向医院管理者的半结构化访谈资料,确定影响因素,构建影响因素模型。[结果/结论]数据质量、医院支持、外部环境、管理者支持和系统完善是数据驱动医院管理决策的关键影响因素,通过影响因素之间的因果关系、相关关系和中介关系构成了数据驱动医院管理决策影响因素模型,并据此为促进数据驱动医院管理决策提供了策略和建议。
[Purpose/Signficance]Research on the influencing factors and its mechanisms of data-driven decision-making in the process of hospital management.In order to improve the application status of data in the field of hospital management and improve the scientificity and efficiency of decision making,Suggestions for reference are put forward,so as to expand the problem domain and application space of information science.[Method/Process]By using the grounded theory method and the qualitative analysis software ATLAS.ti8,the semi-structured interview data for hospital managers were coded and analyzed to determine the influencing factors and build the influencing factor model.[Result/Conclusion]Data quality,hospital support,external environment,manager support and system improvement were the main influencing factors of data-driven hospital management decision.Through the causal relationship,correlation and intermediary relationship among the influencing factors,a data-driven hospital management decision influencing factor model was constructed.It also provides strategies and Suggestions for promoting data-driven hospital management decision making.
