摘要
[目的/意义]现有移动政务信息逐渐呈现为泛在化、碎片化、个性化、交互性、原创性和分享性的特征,如何挖掘移动政务不同场景下用户的信息接受期望,并为其实现多元化和个性化的政务信息推送,这对于提升移动政务的服务水平和服务性能意义重大。[方法/过程]本文采用频繁时序的挖掘方法,对用户所处场景的政务信息接受期望进行有效地挖掘,并为用户在相应的场景精准地提供其期望的敏感性业务,这是提升移动政务服务黏性的重要路径。[结果/结论]提出了移动政务的“场景—行为—情境”的三维一景适配的服务策略,并将其细化为标准化和个性化适配服务策略,期望能为移动政务信息接受提供理论依据和实践指导。
[Purpose/Significance]The existing government information gradually presents the characteristics of ubiquitous,fragmented,personalized,interactive,original and shared.How to excavate the user's expectation of receiving government information in different scenarios and realize diversified and personalized government information push is of great significance for improving the quality and efficiency of government service.[Method/Process]The paper adopt frequent time series mining method to effectively mine the government information acceptance expectation of the user's scene and accurately provided the sensitive business of the user's expectation in the corresponding scene.[Result/Conclusion]Based on this,this paper put forward the three-dimensional one scenario adaptation strategy of“Scene-Behavior-Context”of mobile government,and refined it into standardized and personalized adaptation,which laid the foundation and provided guidance for the actual optimization of mobile government.
