摘要
为促进青藏高原野生葱属植物资源的开发利用,采用动态顶空-气相色谱/质谱联用仪法测定了8种产于西藏的野生葱属植物的挥发性成分,并通过NIST 11和Wiley 7n标准谱库对其组分进行了定性分析,用色谱峰面积归一化法对各成分进行了相对定量分析。结果表明,在杯花韭、大花韭、野黄韭、野葱、太白韭、天蓝韭、粗根韭、多星韭的叶中共检测到23种挥发性成分,其中,野黄韭所含的挥发性成分种类最多(14种),太白韭的最少(3种),其他种的在10种左右;乙醚和二甲基二硫化物在8种野生葱属植物中均有检出,但相对含量差异大;丙硫醇仅在杯花韭和野黄韭中有检出,丙醛、甲基硫杂丙环、二丙基三硫化物、2,4-二氢-4-甲基-3H-1,2,4-三唑-2-硫酮、3-氨基-2-硫代-4-噻唑啉酮、1-氯-1-丙烯等仅在野黄韭中有检出;甲硫基乙睛仅在大花韭中有检出;甲基丙基硫醚仅在杯花韭中有检出;己醛仅在粗根韭的肉质根中检出;正辛烷和2-氟丙烯仅在野葱茎中检出。在同一种野生葱属植物的不同部位中所含的挥发性成分为:野黄韭地下茎和叶中分别含有2种和14种;野葱地下茎和叶中分别含有15种和12种;太白韭地下茎和叶中分别含有6种和3种;粗根韭茎(地上和地下均有)、肉质根、叶分别含有10种、9种、8种。
In order to promote the development and utilization of wild Allium resources in the Tibetan Plateau,the volatile components of eight wild Allium L. in Tibet were measured by dynamic headspace gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. The components identified were determined by NIST 11 and Wiley 7 n standard library,and the quantities were calculated by peak area normalization. Twenty-three volatile compounds were detected in the leaves of Allium cyathophorum Bureau & Franch.,A. macranthum Baker,A. rude J.M. Xu, A. chrysanthum Regel,A.prattii C.H. Wright ex Hemsley,A.cyaneum Regel,A. fasciculatum Rendle and A. wallichii Kunth. 14 volatile components were detected in A. rude J. M. Xu,3 in A. prattii C. H. Wright ex Hemsley,approximately 10 in other species. The diethyl ether and dimethyl disulphides were found in 8 wild Allium L. with variable levels on content. The propyl mercaptan was specifically detected in A. cyathophorum Bureau & Franch and A.rude J. M. Xu,and the compounds including propanal,methylsulfur heterocyclic ring,dipropyl trithiolides,2,4-dihydro-4-methyl-3 H-1,2,4-triazole-2-thionone,3-amino-2-thiazolinone,and 1-chloro-1-propylene were extensively detected in A.rude J. M. Xu. The trimethylamine was detected in A. macranthum Baker,methylpropyl thioether in A. cyathophorum Bureau & Franch,hexaldehyde in roots of A. fasciculatum Rendle,as well as positive octane and 2-fluoropropene in stems of A.chrysanthum Regel. The volatile substances in different parts of the same wild Allium are as follows:In A. rude,2 and 14 volatile components were detected in underground stems and leaves,respectively. 15 and 12 volatile components in underground stems and leaves of A. chrysanthum Regel were identified. 6 kinds and 3 kinds in the underground stems and leaves of A. prattii C. H. Wright ex Hemsley;as well as there are 10,9 and 8 kinds in the stem(both above and below ground),fleshy roots and leaves of A. fasciculatum respectively.
