摘要 化工设备性能与生产产品质量存在直接关系,而且还会对企业效益产生影响,在整个化工设备防腐管理工作执行上,能够控制设备折旧速度,降低其重置成本。文章依据实践,对现阶段化工设备中常见的腐蚀类型及危害进行总结,并从材料的选择、材料表面的防护、设备运行环境的标准化、腐蚀调查及防腐管理、强化对防腐蚀材料的研究力度五方面,论述了化工设备设计防腐蚀的基本措施。 There is a direct relationship between the performance of chemical equipment and the quality of production products,and it will also have an impact on the efficiency of the enterprise.In the implementation of the anticorrosion management of chemical equipment,it can control the depreciation rate of equipment and reduce its replacement cost.Based on the past work experience,this paper summarizes the common types and hazards of corrosion in the chemical equipment at present,and discusses the basic measures for the design of chemical equipment to prevent corrosion from five aspects:the selection of materials,the protection of material surface,the standardization of equipment operation environment,corrosion investigation and anti-corrosion management,and the strengthening of the research on anti-corrosion materials.
