摘要
以中药药渣为生物炭碳源,使用硫酸亚铁对其进行改性,将纳米零价铁负载到碳上。使用亚甲基蓝染料废水为目标污染物,通过批次实验、一定的表征分析及数学模型,研究药渣负载纳米零价铁对亚甲基蓝吸附的性能。实验结果表明,药渣在400℃下碳化的吸附效果最佳;制备的纳米零价铁/碳对亚甲基蓝的去除率可达86.60%,对亚甲基蓝的吸附为物理吸附和化学吸附。实验证明,纳米零价铁/碳对亚甲基蓝吸附是有效的,为后续进一步研发药渣的潜能提供了一定的帮助。
Using traditional Chinese medicine residue as carbon source of biochar,ferrous sulfate was used to modify it,and nano zero-valent iron was loaded onto carbon.Using methylene blue dye wastewater as the target pollutant,the adsorption properties of methylene blue were studied by batch experiment,characterization analysis and mathematical model.experimental results showed that the adsorption effect of the residue was the best when it was carbonized at 400℃;the as-prepared nano zero-valent iron/carbon removal rate of methylene blue could reach 86.60%,and the adsorption of methylene blue was physical adsorption and chemical adsorption.the experiments proved that nano-zero valence iron/carbon is effective for methylene blue adsorption,which provides some help for the potential of subsequent development of pharmaceutical residue.
