摘要
采用微波消解处理土壤样品后,使用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定铅、镉、铜和镍四种重金属含量。结果表明:该检测方法具有很好的线性,较高的精度和回收率。土壤样品中铅、镉、铜和镍四种重金属含量均低于GB15618—1995二级标准的限定值要求,基本上对农作物不构成重金属超标的污染和危害。
The soil samples were treated by microwave digestion,and the heavy metal contents of Lead,Cadmium,Copper and Nickel by Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the detection method have good linearity,precision and high recovery.The heavy metal contents were less than the standard requirements of GB15618—1995,and without risks of secondary pollution.
