摘要
石油钻井企业要重视全员成本目标管理工作,达到良好的成本管控效果,从而保障企业的可持续发展。文章概述了石油钻井工程全员成本目标管理原则,分析了当前石油现钻钻井工程全员成本目标管理现状,探讨了新时期石油钻井工程全员成本目标管理对策。
Oil drilling companies should pay attention to the cost management of all employees to achieve a good cost control effect,thereby ensuring the sustainable development of the enterprise.This article first outlines the principle of cost target management for all personnel in oil drilling engineering,then analyzes the current status of cost target management for current oil drilling engineers,and then discusses countermeasures for cost target management for oil drilling engineering in the new period.
