摘要
专业教师兼班主任在思想与专业教育方面起到双重作用,引导大学生自主学习并进行创新创业实践,促进学业发展。本文根据当前大学生的特点,从专业教师角度研究专业教师兼班主任的现状,界定大学生学业的概念,分析专业教师兼班主任对学生学业的影响,提出专业教师兼班主任促进大学生学业发展的举措。以充分发挥专业教师兼班主任的纽带作用,引领学生创新发展,促进学业顺利发展与完成。
Professional teachers and head teachers play a dual role in ideological and professional education,guiding college students to study independently and carry out innovation and entrepreneurship practice,promoting academic development.According to the characteristics of current college students,this paper studies the current situation of professional teachers and head teachers from the perspective of professional teachers,defines the concept of college students'study,analyzes the influence of professional teachers and head teachers on students'study,and puts forward some measures to promote the development of college students'study.To give full play to the role of professional teachers and head teachers,lead students to innovative development,promote the smooth development and completion of their studies.
