摘要
对40.5 MVA密闭电石炉,从物料进出平衡、负荷与产量平衡、配比与质量平衡三个方面,进行了深入地分析,提出运用好炉料配比这个核心工具、强化出炉是生产优化的关键,并找到了40.5 MVA密闭电石炉最佳炉料配比为电石发气量300±10 L/kg对应的配比。
In the paper,40.5 MVA closed calcium carbide furnace is analyzed from three aspects:material in and out balance,load and output balance,raw material ratio and mass balance.Raw material ratio is the core operating index and smooth output of calcium carbide is the key control tool.The optimum raw material ratio is that one when the calcium carbide gas generation arrives at 300±10 L/kg for 40.5 MVA closed calcium carbide furnace.
