数控PLC技术在机械转轴焊接中的应用

Application of CNC PLC Technology in Welding Process for Rotary Shaft of Mechanical Devices

摘要 机械转轴焊接属于高精度焊接,对焊接的强度及公差控制都有严格的要求,此文在焊接中应用数控PLC技术及其组态软件,设计了基于PLC技术的焊接主控程序,介绍了基于PLC技术的机械转轴焊接过程。实际应用表明,采用数控PLC技术后稳定了焊接系统电流分布,并有效降低了焊接废品率。 The welding of rotary shaft of mechanical devices belongs to high precision welding,which has strict requirements for welding strength and tolerance control.For this reason,the CNC PLC technology and its configuration software are applied in welding,and the main control program based on PLC technology is designed,and the welding process for rotary shaft of mechanical devices based on PLC technology is introduced.The practical application results show that the current distribution of the welding system is stabilized by using CNC PLC technology,and the welding rejection rate is effectively reduced.
