钛网板渐进成形颅骨缺损修复体时网孔对材料变形行为的影响 被引量:1

Influence of mesh on material deformation behavior of titanium retiary sheet in incremental forming of skull defect prosthesis

摘要 为研究采用板料数控渐进成形工艺加工钛网板颅骨缺损修复体时的材料变形行为,优化成形工艺,采用由三维扫描仪获得的颅骨点云数据,建立缺损修复体的数字化模型;基于有限元数值模拟,讨论了网孔尺寸对板料成形能力、成形均匀性及稳定性的影响。结果表明:渐进成形时,钛网板的变形行为与无孔钛板明显不同,网孔的存在降低了材料的变形抗力,改变了金属的流动行为,使得变形区材料处于单向拉应变状态;网孔提高了板料的变形能力,但当网孔的尺寸较大时,会破坏成形件的均匀性和稳定性。采用钛网板渐进成形颅骨缺损修复体时,网孔直径取Φ4 mm为宜。 To study the material deformation behavior of titanium retiary sheet in numerical control incremental sheet forming of skull defect prosthesis and optimize the forming process,the digital model of the defect prosthesis was built by point cloud data obtained by 3 D scanner;the influences of mesh size on forming ability,uniformity and stability of sheet were discussed based on the finite element numerical simulation. The results show that the deformation behavior of titanium retiary sheet is obviously different from plain titanium sheet.The meshes reduce deformation resistance of material and change metal flow behavior,which leads to the deformed area be in the state of uniaxial tensile strain,the meshes improve the deformation ability of sheet,but the uniformity and stability of the formed parts get worse when the mesh size is too large. When titanium retiary sheet is used to the incremental forming of skull defect prosthesis,the mesh diameter should be Φ4 mm.
